Stopped in for A few donuts and A Soda,
Husband stop to grab me a coffee and the intercom was either broken or the girl that was working was just ignoring him. He finally pulled up to the window after waiting in a very long line and she yelled at him and told him he had to drive back around and wait in line again to order. He asked for a manager and she continued to yell at him repeatedly to get back an inline again. Workers here need more training. If the picture for the frozen ice cream coffee shows it with whipcream, add the whip cream unless I say I dont want it. Got it at the window without the whip cream which is fine but dont laugh and say I need to add it myself. This dunkin sucks, always late, always messing up orders. Constant bad experience that I have to drive to a further dunkin donut to get my order right
