Normally I don't leave bad reviews, but the customer service at this location is terrible. This is my 2nd bad experience and I will not be coming back to this location. The young male attending the drive through today received me with an apathetic face. He then proceeds to tell me that my form of payment is not acceptable, as he cannot accept a $50 dollar bill. Unfortunately, I cannot give zero stars. My wife grabbed the empty napkin holder and placed it on the counter and was asking one of the employees if she could fill it, and the girl behind the register spoke up over my wife and said “no, she’s busy right now.” My wife said “I was just trying to help,” to which the girl replied “ask me for more napkins.” Her tone was condescending and disrespectful. Worst experience at this dunkin . I suppose they should be closed . The employees are so bad talking to customers . Not taking orders .
