Terrible absolutely terrible customer service the staff rude as hell at this location I asked for strawberry cream cheese after realizing 8 mini bagel bites are like $20 plus dollars then I asked for $6 meal deal and substitute bacon for sausage which every Dunkin’ I’ve gone to they have done it for me the lady had a attitude the guy doesn’t listen and just unprofessional will never go here again
Foods burnt. Bagel was charred. Ordering is brutal. Radio volume inside is at 11 and employee just whispers. It’s as loud as a nightclub inside. Can’t hear a thing. By the third time of “what? I can’t hear what you’re saying” I was hoping that would hint the cashier to speak up. Would not recommend this location. Just an awful experience.
