I've been a long time customer of Dunkin for years and by far, this is the worst location. They consistently don't make a simple coffee order the way it's ordered which I don't understand. It's not like I have some special concoction and I assume it can't be that complicated to follow the ticket according to what it says. I don't drive and this is the location that's closest to me to get to which makes my only other option my previous store before I moved which is 6 miles away which means I pay much more to door dash my coff... read more
Just did the drive thru which is super wonky. You basically have to make a sharp right turn at the end of the drive thru lane to try to get your car close to the window. Impossible to pull up close with any car bigger than a Prius.
I'm not sure what's going on. Every time I give this shop a chance they don't get my order done on time when they're not busy. I really don't understand. I'm being fair here but come on. They really need enough people to work everyday to get everything done on time. I can't come back here anymore for good. I'm not upset, but just pretty disappointed.
