Missing a toilet seat in the women's room and when we joked with the barista that there should be a toilet seat she unenthusiastically replied, "I just work here." Not impressed with her customer service skills or the half-assed bathroom facilities. The food and drinks were fine, nothing to write home about.
Staff is very friendly and accomodating
While Dunkin’ is known for its popular drinks, I noticed a bit of a gap in customer service during my recent visit. The location wasn’t busy, but I still felt that I wasn’t given much attention at the counter. I might have been more willing to wait if I felt taken care of. Despite this, I still love Dunkin’!
I’ve been dining in and taking out from here for years. This particular Dunkin always has the best staff. Workers move on and the new ones always seem to fit with the old. Super fast service even when problems arise. For the amount of foot traffic, the inside is always in order, stocked and clean. When I travel and visit other Dunkin’s, I always find myself wishing I was at this store. Thank you for consistently providing great service.
