My friend ordered and paid for a drink for me, and I showed the staff the order number and location. They said they couldn’t find the order in their system and refused to give me the drink. I’m almost 9 months pregnant and had to wait 45 minutes while my friend called the manager. The man staff was very unfriendly and kept pushing the problem back to us.
