Great customer service
Foods most of the time burnt or missing. So I went in today to order and there was 3 people just standing there talking and when someone was finally taking my order she literally walks away from the register to talk to someone who walked in and was basically coming behind the counter to talk about someone who got shot? As if it was fun gossip. So I asked if I can finish my order before she has a little chat and she seemed torn and then told me, yeah, okay I guess. First, let me say that the team members at the drive-thru were very quick and efficient. I did not wait too long in the drive-thru and my donut was fresh but I ordered the snackin bacon and they made me wait for it and then it was ice cold and it was more like snackin bacon crumbles there was not even one solid piece of bacon in the whole package. It's not worth what they charge for it. And why would you serve cold food that's supposed to be hot?
