Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Management This particular Dunkin’ Donuts location is a huge letdown. The staff clearly have no regard for customer service. After waiting 15 minutes to place an order, another 20 minutes were spent only to find that the sandwiches hadn’t been prepared. A decent manager would have comped the entire bill or at least offered some kind of apology. The lady in the drive thur, was very rude I had to repeat my order three times to her, and I was only getting 1 ice coffee. Customer service is not for her she told me a Manager was not there. She said Sandra was her name

I was just in the Dunkin’ Donuts five minutes ago. Service was horrible and the people in there were very Rude. I figured I would go in that service would be quicker. I’m warning you now don’t do that. I was told by the very rude girl in there that they will take all drive-through orders before helping the people inside. That that’s what they’re told to do.
