The lobby was closed. The 1 worker there was a bit rude, but she may have been there by herself all day. Not blaming her, but the parking lot is so hard to get in and out of so EVERYONE going through the drive thru just makes for a bigger mess than there usually is.
For the past 2 weeks I have been doing training in Verona, on my way there from Chester I would stop around 8 am to get my students donuts. Every single time I had a great experience, good assorted donuts and hot coffee exactly how I ordered it. All the ladies were on top of their game and customer service was much better than what I experience at other dunkin' throughout VA, MD, and the Carolinas. Place was also very clean the couple times I walked inside. Keep up the good work.
this establishment always has a horrible attitude and tone with me everytime. and i’m a regular everyday customer. very snobby and rude. Training needs to be worked on a little better. shameful.
Went through drive thru at 230pm today and omg the girl working was terrible at customer service very rude and told me she was limited on donuts after I asked for 3 different kinds she was very short wouldn't let me know what she had so I ordered from windows where I could see in I got hot coffee that was cold and 2 donuts made a good while ago they were nasty I get Dunkin frequently and I am hesitate to ever go back to Waynesboro one guess I am driving out the way to staunton.
