I came through the drive thru this morning. The lady working the window was very rude - caught an attitude all because i wanted to pay with apple pay. Fast forward, I took a sip of my drink to which it tasted like eating sand! There was a ton of sugar sitting at the bottom of my coffee - absolutely disgusting !
Garbage service
Went to this Dunkin this morning around 8am or so. Young lady who took my order was very nice and the young lady at the window was also very nice. However, when I got back home to eat my food there was a few things i noticed. First, I didn’t receive the extra cream cheese spread that i paid for. Secondly, As i was trying to get the hashbrowns out of the bag they were slimy and crumbling in my hand and were partially cold near the centers. So i assume they were undercooked. They suck. While I understand that what they do may not be the most exciting job so quality may not necessarily be of importance, it is to the customers who spend their money there. 3 times this week I have ordered food, had it rung in correctly, only for the staff to not read the order or check it before giving it to me and I have ended up with the wrong order. Take some pride in your workplace. Doing something quickly means nothing if the quality of service is trash.
