TLDR: contact Dunkin customer service and get your refund if this location cheats you! I am a frequent Dunkin customer and a boosted member. I have visited Dunkin everywhere. This is the first location where I ordered a large beverage and was not given the full amount in the cup. I was told this was my fault, as I didn't order whip cream. I know better, whip cream goes ON TOP of a full cup. I’ve ordered from this Dunkin many times without issues, but my last two orders were unacceptable. On Sept. 5, I specifically called ahead to confirm decaf was available, then received a drink labeled decaf that clearly was not. I’m extremely caffeine-sensitive, and this caused a severe reaction. If decaf isn’t available, just tell the customer. Don’t label regular coffee as decaf.

RUN FAR AWAY!!!! Like a fool I came and stayed too long, gave this place so many chances because it was a convenient location but I’m DONE. They’re always out of ingredients, they basically throw the food and coffee out the window at you, and the attitudes are an absolute nightmare. I can’t figure out if these people hate their job or if they just enjoy being sadistic.
