I’m a regular at this Dunkin’ and usually have no complaints, but this morning was frustrating. I ordered a cappuccino through the app and picked it up within 5 minutes, like I always do. When I took a sip, it was clearly just hot, sweetened milk with no espresso. Mistakes happen, so I called and politely asked if I could swing by for a replacement. They agreed, no problem. Whoever made my coffee today at 9:46 am made an amazing coffee sometimes the coffee is ok but today it was exquisite.
They consistently mess up my orders.:( Good food and drink, but they are consistently out of a lot of their most popular items. They keep giving me caffeinated coffee when I ask for decaf, and have refused to replace it.
Went here twice, first time my hashbrowns were a bit cold and tasted old. Second time they got my order wrong and only gave me about 4 hashbrown bites. Atmosphere is good but service is bad, won’t be going here again.
