Very friendly in the morning!
Encountered a great young lady a few evenings ago while getting my caffeine fix. She was extremely kind and courteous. After the last experience I had with a male employee with colored hair, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of this young lady. I wish I had asked her name to make sure her employers know she really takes care of the customers. Even though at first I thought she was a kid lol Kudos Dunkin.
Wonderfilled drinks that inspire you!
I got lucky enough to go on a day they were letting a new employee make the drinks, instead of helping him make the order they let him fail solo.
I placed a mobile order at approximately 7:00 PM and arrived at the Dunkin location on Great Neck Road around 7:20 PM expecting my order to be ready. When I got to the window a very rude and dismissive young black man with colored dreads said that frozen drinks were no longer being made. I then asked if I could at least receive a regular coffee and the 10-pack of assorted Munchkins that I had already paid for.
