I’ve ordered from this Dunkin many times without issues, but my last two orders were unacceptable. On Sept. 5, I specifically called ahead to confirm decaf was available, then received a drink labeled decaf that clearly was not. I’m extremely caffeine-sensitive, and this caused a severe reaction. If decaf isn’t available, just tell the customer. Don’t label regular coffee as decaf.
RUN FAR AWAY!!!! Like a fool I came and stayed too long, gave this place so many chances because it was a convenient location but I’m DONE. They’re always out of ingredients, they basically throw the food and coffee out the window at you, and the attitudes are an absolute nightmare. I can’t figure out if these people hate their job or if they just enjoy being sadistic.

The cold brew is what keeps me coming back — smooth, no bitterness, doesn’t need much doctoring. I appreciate coffee that’s just done right without a lot of fuss. I’ll usually grab something off the menu to go with it, whatever looks good that day — never a bad pairing, never overthought. What really stands out is the crew. Genuinely friendly, quick with a smile, and they move fast without ever feeling rushed. That kind of consistency, both in the drink and the service, is what makes a place worth returning to
“Juic Box,” I actually go to this same location pretty regularly myself — it’s close to where I work too, so I’m in there a few times a week most weeks. I read through your review and I do sympathize, because getting your order wrong over and over again is genuinely annoying, especially when it’s something as simple as a vanilla latte.
