I just drove through, ordered 2 chocolate frosted donuts. I received yeast rings instead of donuts. The worst part was that the frosting was almost completely melted away. I live 2 minutes away, the things were inedible. $3.83 wasted. I'm very disappointed.

Every time I stop to use a restroom in a gas station where there's a Dunkin' Donuts the bathroom is absolutely disgusting it would be nice if Dunkin' Donuts would take some real ownership over the disgusting bathroom and actually fix it and clean it so that the donuts are not affected by bacteria that most likely is being put in your donuts because you have a disgusting bathroom that your employees are forced to use. I will never buy at Dunkin' because of your sanitation.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I clearly and repeatedly requested a Long John, along with a couple of other specific items. However, the employee consistently provided different products that I did not ask for. This occurred multiple times, and it appeared that my order was not being properly listened to or followed.
