I'm really disappointed in this Dunkin. This makes about the third time they messed up my order since starting to go here a month ago. When I asked them to remake it, they gave me less of my drink in my cup than when I first got it, even though I only took a sip. This is horrible service on top of the fact that the cashier was standoffish the entire time. This location is fine if it is a slow day. The staff is not trained to handle the morning rush. If there are more than five people in the drive thru the whole operation crashes out. Just this morning I saw three employees completely freeze when someone asked to change their order because they had been waiting for a long time to pick it up. Normally I'd say that is on the employees, but it is becoming more clear that this is a management problem. If you have a better option, take it.

I came to the restaurant around 7:45 on 5/12. I originally wanted the munchins but they were all out. I then states I wanted two classic donuts. The young lady said you mean old fashion, I say i guess if thats the regular donut. I got the donuts and pulled off. I went in the bag to find two old dry donuts. I circles back around to the drive thru and the young lady says we don’t gave any more classic, then she starts rattling off these unfamiliar flavors. I said i just want a simple donut. Horrible service. I walked in and up to the counter and was ignored for 15 minutes. The three girls there saw me. One even mention me to her coworker. Their only focus was on the drive through. Which was not busy at the time. I will now drive past that dunkin daily to another doughnut shop.
