The best coffee
Had the best customer service and care from three of your team members the other day: Tamara, Layla, and Ayden, who filled my order with excellent service, great smiles, uplifting attitudes, and were very professional. In a service world loaded with A.I. robots and high-tech, it was nice to receive some "high-touch human" customer service when I popped in for my weekly Dunkin' treats. When you have great team members like this, I hope management will take care of them, especially in today's work environment.
Trash customer service. Really annoying experience. Before I even paid, the guy goes, “Oh, well, before you pay, I have a question,” then shoves a tip screen in my face. Basically putting me on the spot to tip for handing food out a drive-thru window. I declined, then noticed my bacon portion was short. Maybe coincidence, but it definitely left a bad impression. To honestly push or expect a tip while you’re in an air-conditioned building handing coffee and donuts out a window is insane to me.
You guys hire some of the most nastiest rudest attitudes in the entire city. Disgusting behavior from some of these employees in this place. Nasty and rude is the only way to put it
