Very friendly environment. The people in this place makes me feel like Family I come in there every morning to get my coffee. and they are my first positive interaction of the day, which I feel like makes your day go very positive. Was referred to as disrespectful after waiting in drive thru for 5 minutes attempting to get the employees attention. I proceeded to tap on the window that he was sitting at with his back towards me. It was obvious that he had not seen me. When I tapped on the window the window rattled with movement and startled us both. Mind you I didn't knock a few time or knock aggressively.
