I was there this afternoon the girls there were rude didn't have good manners instead of doing there job right they stated laughing, the girl who made my drink did it wrong she didn't apologize when I told her again of what drink it was she had an attitude and was gossiping with another employee and after she redid my drink is when both started laughing also they refuse to give me the managers name and number
I’m autistic and experience sensory issues with ice in my drinks, but really love the daydream refreshers. They can’t be made without ice, and yet every time I stop in as a treat the staff is incredible and do whatever they can to accommodate me :)
I ordered their snacking bacon and I was given cold bits in a cup? I have gotten these before and they are regular strips of bacon and they are supposed to be hot. I'm sure it's some kind of heath code violation to serve meat that has been out long enough to be cold.....
Everybody here is so sweet I think everybody in this store needs a raise; they always go above and beyond within the company. I would love to see more teams and more management like this store. The store manager name is Samantha she’s always so smiley so is her team. I have been to slot of Dunkin’s in my life and this is the best one ☝️ around. Do you want good fresh coffee? Then go see Samantha down at Dunkin and have her team make you a delicious coffee and meal
