Today was the 1st time I’ve ever gone into a restaurant full of employee where no one talked to me. After a few minutes of awkwardly waiting for someone to notice me standing there, I figured out that I needed to order at a kiosk. I don’t mind kiosk ordering, at all. But it’s bad hospitality that no one took the time to make eye contact or check to make sure I knew what to do.
Samantha was so sweet! And made the BESTTTTT COFFEE! I always love all the staff including Corey, Will, and Jay! They always make my day and when ever I have any problems, Samantha always is sure to fix it and help the best she can in an efficient manner! I love Dunkin'’!!
Love the staff, the man and lady with locs are my FAVORITE! She makes my drinks to perfection whenever I stop before school and she has GREAT customer service, very personable and kind!
They were really nice when I had an issue with my drink (issue on my end, not there's!) A+ customer service
Samantha and Chrissy know what there doing in Dunkin my coffees be on point every time and they always put a smile on my daughters face great service
