I have been coming to this Westfield Dunkin on Southwick Rd since last summer. I always start my day here which means I'm usually there before 7:00 a.m. Back then, things ran nice and smooth and I was always able to get in and out quickly. Unfortunately, over the last several months, the service seems to have gone downhill and takes much longer to actually get your food. This place is a joke. Just another disappointment. This is the saddest most pathetic place ever.
The staff provided excellent service. They deserve the best rating. Their boss does not allow them to take TIPS! When I tried to give it again, this incredible employee declined and stated she could not accept my generosity because she follows the rules as set forth by her EMPLOYER! . She deserves my gratitude at the very least! Merry Christmas.
