Everything was horrendous. Do not waste your time. We ordered food and drinks worth of $40 given that it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. This was donuts for kids and an overseas person who really wanted Dunkin Donuts. Not an acknowledgment as to when we would get it. We paid for it and we were left to one person just handling all the drive thru’s. We WAITED 30 MINs FOR THEM TO ACTUALLY SAY SORRY DRIVE THRU COMES 1st. Fast and friendly service. The drinks are always done correctly and the staff is great.
I go to this Dunkin every morning before work and it’s been okay until recently. I have asked for a bagel with cream cheese and they forgot the cream cheese entirely. This has happened a few times before or i get the completely wrong item too.
Donuts are always good!!
