There’s a young woman working there and she was extremely rude to me and the guy on DoorDash who was there to get my order. There was something missing from the menu so I wanted to order it and had to talk to her and she refused to take my payment or let me make that order in any way. She’s even known between me and my friends to be “that one horrible person working at dunkin”. Very incompetent, very rude too. If she was nice about it I’d understand if there’s some kind of policy.
