I visit this Dunkin every morning on my way to work. The ladies in the drive thru and always extremely polite, helpful making suggestions or substitutions when necessary and have the best attitude towards customers. I recommend this location to anyone in this area and will continue to enjoy my morning coffee here. Keep up the great work!!!
Granted, what I order is good, but the service can be trash, I visited there and some of those woman have. Wet bad attitudes, not all of them. They really make that place look bad! Please check on them!
Very poor customer service response. If someone drink spills before even leaving the parking lot the least you can do is allow them another drink. Even if is half off. But no compassion. I will not be returning. Awful!
I won't be coming here as long as there are Flock cameras in the parking lot. Get rid of the Flock cameras.
Bought 3 cappuccino, two macho and Half dozen donuts. One of the donut is not prepared well. Requested extra cup and they charged dollar for empty cup 🧐
