One of the biggest establishments that only employs 1 person at a time, there is never enough donuts because they have them shipped in, and the place is always dirty because one person can not do it all. The gentleman working tonight was great, however it was his first day, and he was all alone. They should be ashamed!
I came on 5/26/26 and there was a girl working alone in the afternoon. She was amazing moving very fast while there was a big line.
Your employee Charlie does a fantastic job. I live nearby and stop in pretty regularly. Whenever she is working your store is in good hands. The store is clean, well maintained; and she handles multiple orders with ease. She's also very friendly and has excellent customer service. 5 stars every time.
