Very good location. Always good service.
Hot and cold coffee drinks are consistently terrible. Management is definitely cutting corners to make more money. I called the Dunkin corporate office and their service is also horrendous. The Dunkin company is 50 years behind Starbucks!
If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it. I ordered a shaken espresso with food, and the drink was terrible. It was overly creamy and didn’t taste like coffee at all — I actually watched the barista barely put any coffee in it. When I asked politely if it could be remade because it didn’t taste right, she refused. I then asked to switch to something else since I had already paid, and she told me, “we don’t give free stuff.” That makes no sense — I had just paid for a drink I couldn’t even drink.
