If there was an option for zero stars, I would give it. I ordered a shaken espresso with food, and the drink was terrible. It was overly creamy and didn’t taste like coffee at all — I actually watched the barista barely put any coffee in it. When I asked politely if it could be remade because it didn’t taste right, she refused. A couple times a month I go through the drive-thru and get a decaf coffee and a dozen donuts. This makes my day! The donuts are fresh with a great variety, the customer service is professional and the location of the store with the drive-thru it's very convenient. I think this is the best Dunkin Donuts!
If you’re a DoorDash driver, they don’t start making the order until you get to the pick up to pick up the order. It’s very rude and inconvenient for the drivers and we’re not gonna wait.
