A couple times a month I go through the drive-thru and get a decaf coffee and a dozen donuts. This makes my day! The donuts are fresh with a great variety, the customer service is professional and the location of the store with the drive-thru it's very convenient. I think this is the best Dunkin Donuts!
If you’re a DoorDash driver, they don’t start making the order until you get to the pick up to pick up the order. It’s very rude and inconvenient for the drivers and we’re not gonna wait.
and went into this location on my lunch break went directly inside because I didn’t have a whole lot of time. Had three people literally look at me and turned their back. They had one person in the drive-in. Then, finally, from one who probably was the manager email to attend to a beeping machine. And after some time Finally look at me and say we’ll be with you in a minute. Totally unacceptable. Why have so many employees if none of them are going to be their job?
