Over priced and not that friendly.
Yesterday afternoon on March 20, 2025 I was there to pick up a to go order around 1:30 PM. No hello ,no how are you, No, I’ll be right with you ,and they let me stand there for 10 minutes until I mentioned something and then rudely was answered “We’re Making it”!! What I want to know is this the new norm, no service skill set or Lack or training . It’s very unprofessional and sets a real poor example
Even if you put in a mobile order they won't start making it until you're at the screen, whats the point of mobile ordering if it's not ready by the time you get here especially with 10 mins in advance
Saturday 3/8 at approx 9:45 am I made an order at this Dunkin ( North Port Sumter / Price ) for a BACON egg and cheese on an English muffin. I got 1 half inch tiny piece of bacon with a raw muffin - worst I ever got at this location. My dog wouldn’t even eat it . Very upset after waiting inside in line for approx 30 minute . Mass produced frozen donuts. Man, I miss Winchells!
