Terrible service i was there 15 mins after i ordered threw moblie app 10 mins before i got there and the line inside got bigger & bigger i actually watched people leace without there coffee out of frustration, and was gonna be late for there jobs
This place is ridiculous I had did a mobile order for my son that he wanted a donut and a strawberry coolata and when he went to pick it up the lady handed him a refresher and a donut that he didnt order. I put a complaint online and on Monday the manager calls me apologizing and said to me that she was going to leave me a gift card and when I went in the afternoon to ask no one knew about and told me to go the next day and again no gift card . Just was here i placed a mobile order 20 minutes before i arrived. The place was crowded and the mobile orders were behind the counter. I waited in line and when she asked for my name I told the blond haired lady. She looked at some drink cups then walked away completely ignoring me asking for my order. I had to go back and wait again in line to get my food and the order for some reason was not there and i had already been in the store for 15 minutes. wait is crazy long(you need more than one worker) i go there after school and its a mad house. but my food and drinks are still good.
