I see so many reviews on here talking about mobile orders having to wait, employees being rude. I was there today during their busiest time, when they are packed, and they have been dealing with short staff, as i go there often, they are doing the best they can with the volume of customers. The managers Maggie and Rochelle are great and always try to smooth out any problems, they both go above and beyond. Sometimes you do have to wait, but there might be reasoning behind that. I am proud to call 833 memorial my home dunkin!
Made a mobile order plenty of time in advance, pulled up to the speaker to check in no problem. Waiting in the drive through line for 5 mins isn't bad, but when I get to the front and they hand me my food and and ask me to pull up and wait for my drinks while handing drinks to the people behind me kinda upset me. They had plenty of time to have my whole order ready before I got there, not to mention the time I was in line. As someone who goes to Dunkin daily, this is the worst location I’ve been to. My drive thru orders are wrong more than half the time unless the manager is working, and delivery almost always comes missing items like my donut. If there was a closer Dunkin, I’d go there instead.
We sat in the drive through for over an hour. There was only six cars ahead of us but each on took 10-15 minutes to get through the line.
Do not place a mobile order here, let alone order here period. Waiting 30+ minutes for a mobile order as well as them forgetting that you had two drinks. Thank you for making everyone late to where they have to go because apparently it does not matter if you order in advance.
