As someone who goes to Dunkin daily, this is the worst location I’ve been to. My drive thru orders are wrong more than half the time unless the manager is working, and delivery almost always comes missing items like my donut. If there was a closer Dunkin, I’d go there instead.
We sat in the drive through for over an hour. There was only six cars ahead of us but each on took 10-15 minutes to get through the line.
Do not place a mobile order here, let alone order here period. Waiting 30+ minutes for a mobile order as well as them forgetting that you had two drinks. Thank you for making everyone late to where they have to go because apparently it does not matter if you order in advance.
I will start by saying that I do not like to leave a bad review generally, but I have had consistent issues with sitting in line in the drive-thru for too long. Everyone is always nice, and I'm not sure what the problem is. The longest I have sat is almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. I have also had instances where I've been asked to pull forward because they are still working on my food and I have sat and waited for over 10 minutes. Poor service my coffee wasn't even hot my breakfast sandwich wasn't complete my iced coffee didn't have no ice in it
