Rude employees and NO Senior Discount not like other local Dunkin's. Last time for me here!
I ordered my food at the drive thru. There wasn't much of a wait BUT the egg in my sandwich didn't look fully cooked, no napkins were given or offered, no knife to spread cream cheese on the bagel or already applied, and no senior discount is available here per the cashier. I was notified that the plain bagels were the freshest. I had expected better from a stand alone store.
They don't even acknowledge you when you do a mobile walk in. No good morning or have a great day nothing. I worked at a Dunkin Donuts in Leicester and we always greeted everyone that came in with a smile and said hi and to have a great day. They also don't know how to properly mix a Berry Burst either. They leave the Berry Burst flavoring just at the bottom and don't mix it properly so I have to do it. As someone who worked at a Dunkin Donuts this just isn't it.
