I have worked in retail most of my life and I understand the challenges that workers are going through right now are I precedented. I don't think I have ever written a negative review. That said, we will not ever return to this location. We were given dairy beverages after continuously asking for alternative milks in our coffee(I am very lactose intolerant). I placed a mobile order for food for my family at 8:50. The app said it would take a little bit longer to make. I arrived at 9:07 and the coffees were ready but no food. I asked an employee who said they were working on it. At 9:25, I asked again and was yelled at by both the employee and the owner for not arriving sooner to pick up my order, and since I didn’t, it was my fault that someone else picked it up and they would have to make it twice.
