*UPDATED REVIEW* 4/16/26. Ms. Ann and her daughter Jada have turned this place around. They finally got a new baker and actually have donuts in the morning now. They know which donuts I go for so they make sure to have those ready first at 530 am because they know I'll be coming through. Love them so much! They brighten my day and start it off right! My favorite coffee -!!!-
First and foremost they are very friendly there and I've been a regular there since I moved down here but 6 out of the last 10 times I've ordered my coffee it's been completely wrong order and it's terrible. I get every once in a while but being consistently wrong is not acceptable for a such a big franchise which bases itself off of consistency. Hope they get better but that is my last time giving them a chance to do the basic stuff right.
We thought we'd give DD another try after many years but were even more disappointed today than before. We walked up to the counter to order a few simple coffees and were told they would be with us shortly. We said no problem we'll use the bathroom and be right back. When we returned to the counter we were ghosted again while they stood behind the counter chit chatting with each other.
