While we were visiting, the music was turned up extremely loud to where I could not hear my friends; the staff said they were closing an hour early, so we got ready to leave; finally, and worst of all, when we left and were sitting outside, the staff came outside and asked us to put back the baby booster chair! Love Dunkin’ definitely not the quality wheee I grew up in NY. Still go all the time but for the life of me can’t understand why they give a side of cream cheese and a fork(not even a knife) instead of putting it on my bagel.
Accidentally gave drivethru cashier too much money (over $120 for a $15 order...pregnancy brain) & when I realised later & asked a manager to review the cameras, she said no overpayment had been made. So either she lied about checking the cameras or about the overpayment & is covering for an employee, which speaks lowly about their character as a manager, human, & customer support contact.
