Was out of 75% of our order, the drink had no flavour, we ordered croissants with egg and sausage got wraps with half a sausage in. With no warning just changed and gav us half the order
workers are super rude
Expect to wait upwards of half an hour for a simple coffee order even when it's not particularly busy. Unacceptably long wait times for a college campus where people are often on tight timetables. Other than that it's mostly standard fare for a Dunkin location.
Sandra, the General Manager, is awesome! She is always friendly, down-to-earth and creates a wonderful atmosphere and makes the start of your day a great experience! Sometimes Sandra is the only one serving her customers and she is always very pleasant and works hard to get the orders out in a timely manner! Sandra and her staff should be commended for making their customers feel valued and appreciated and in turn, I appreciate all of them.
