The only things I still like about Dunkin is the coffee, cappucinos and glazed donuts. The refresher drinks arent bad but they can be a tad sweet. The sandwhiches and hashbrowns are a big no for me. The taste just isnt there for me at all...gives very much frozen food vibes. The bread on the sandwhiches need to be toasted not just warmed up and the cheese on the sandwhich reminded me of the slices wrapped in plastic; it tasted like cheap cheese. The man at the counter was incredibly hostile. I told him I had an order to pick up and he glared at me and ignored me. I'm not coming back, and imo a reasonable business owner would fire this employee. He is driving away customers for no apparent reason.
We made an online order for pickup and we ordered light ice. Turns out that light ice means less drink. We received 2 drinks that were 2/3 full. When asked to fill them up they told us they could only put more ice in it. The macchiato didn't have any flavor even though it should of had 3 pumps of hazelnut.
Jennifer has the best customer service i have seen in awhile great job hiring this young lady . Thanks for ypur amazing service
Acabo de pasar recogiendo una orden Móvil y al llegar a casa me doy cuenta que mi tostada me la dieron quemada quise poner una reclamación en la aplicación y no me lo permite por ningún lado no me parece justo que entreguen algo así
