Donuts are always fresh
Dunkin Donuts has no business keeping a staff like the one they have at this location. These folks are warm, friendly, efficient, and accurate. I look forward to going there, which says a lot.
This Dunkin’ has disappointed me more than once, and I regret going back after two bad experiences. Every time I go, they give me the wrong order. Even when I ask clearly and confirm they have what I want, they still give me something else. I really wish they had better management in place to follow up with their employees and ensure customers get the service they deserve.
The workers seem to be friendly. But the major problem is the communication or misunderstanding that they continue to do. Also, for corporate DK, this picture is way off of your advertised Maple Bacon Croissant sandwich is.
