Awesome snack
30 minute wait for a Colletta & munchkins when I was the 2nd person in line. They are severely understaffed (2 employees) and it was 530pm and I heard them say they started at 5am. With what Dunkin now charges for everything they surely could afford to schedule more help and give shorter shifts.
I'm very disappointed a whole lot of my items were missing I'm never ordering from here again when I ordered on Uber eats
Yikes. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Pulled up to the drive through and asked for a second to look at the menu as I don’t frequent Dunkin. The staff said “sure take your time” and then proceeded to say “I didn’t want to talk to you anyway”. I’m sure he didn’t realize he was still on the speaker. I proceeded to order and when I ordered my items I could hear him making rude comments.
