The DD visit today wasn't a good one. I ordered a drink & a cinnamon raisin bagel lightly toasted w/strawberry cc on the side (since they charge for it anyway, I always get the cc on the side & control how much I use). Got my order- my fault for not checking immediately - got halfway home & realized they slathered a glob on it. Truly would've let it go but smelled something foul. I stood in the shop for over 3 minutes no one even knowledge me, let me stand there like a pan handler, I walked out went to food lion and paid less than half the price for a pint of ice cream. The store wasn't even busy just poor customer service

Good was good, but even with nobody there i still sat at the drive through order machine for almost 15 minutes before i was even acknowledged
We came through the drive thru today around 1:29pm. My husband ordered the Dubai chocolate milkshake and the Dubai chocolate sundae. The lady in the drive thru (Diontae) incorrectly made just a regular chocolate milkshake. When my husband told her it was supposed to be Dubai chocolate milkshake, she rudely told him no and told him that he ordered a regular chocolate shake.
