They close their lobby very early at 8pm. It’s very inconvenient especially being next to international airport. Please extend your lobby hours until 9:30pm or 10pm. Also, most of the employees have zero type of personality and displays little to no friendliness. Thanks

We got off the plane, went to the exit and decided to get a drink before getting our bags. The smaller lady at the register was the only person there, and as we approached, loudly took a phone call and accessed Facebook messenger. After a minute of her saying “HELLO??” On the phone, she came back and my husband ordered, and as he finished and I went to order, she walked away, talked on the phone, then came back to see if there was “anything else?” so I tried to order, and still needed to repeat myself twice.
