Update: Gina called 6 days after I called corporate and let me come and get my complete order for free. I hope corporate addresses the protocol in the mobile app when issues like this arise so that there is clear direction for refunds at franchises because Dunkin is my favorite coffee. I ordered via the app and paid $15.23. Arrived at the drive thru and they says espresso machine was down. No worries, stuff happens, asked for a refund and I'll go somewhere else. We went there this morning at 8:24am. They were supposed to be open at 5am which what they say. And they were closed drive thru was working fine but we couldn't get in. We see countless people trying to get in, and nothing. Very disappointed they have gone down as a donut shop.
Went thru drive thru ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. The sandwich came with 1 piece of bread 🤦🏼♀️ also ordered an order of everything beagle bites and they weren’t even cooked. The dough was mushy. When I called to address the issues the worker was willing to remark the order but I didn’t want I just wanted her to know this was the 2nd day in row my order was uncooked. The women that work here are INCOMPETENT and LAZY!!! The guys on the other hand will make your drink perfectly and not be rude about it. Literally the worst dunkin in Springfield and should be closed down
