So after working a really hard day, I always like to go into Dunkin’ Donuts and get a nice latte and an old-fashioned. It was Sunday the 29th at 6:39 pm I have never been so disrespected before in my life when it comes to customer service. Not to mention, they made me feel guilty because they mop the floor like I wasn’t supposed to come in and walk on it. The donuts are beyond fresh consistently at this new location. 10 out of 10!
I don’t know if it’s who’s making the donuts or because it’s a brand new Dunkin’ but let me say this… the donuts are BEYOND fresh! We have been getting donuts almost every weekend for 3+ years at the old and (now the new location) and lately the donuts have been SO good!
Poor customer service, rude, unfriendly staff.
