The male that works here is absolutely tarnishing to the business. He is completely rude and careless!!!!! He is always frustrated and mean to customers . I’d be happy to talk in there and not see his face.
I came here for a donut and a drink. I was in line for 15 mins waiting on the drink. The manager Maria Rodriguez came to give me another order. I told her I was waiting on a drink. About 3 mins later the cashier come back to the window and I told her I was waiting on a drink she told me about another 3mins after already waiting for 10 mins. I see alot of bad reviews so was expecting bad everything but got complete opposite great service didn't try food gor donuts and were great my coffee was on point exactly what i orderd myb previous employees made it bad but our server was Maria Rodriguez thank you for good service will be going back.
Been there 6 different times and every single time my order was not made the way i specified i wish they get someone in there who can actually make your order the way u ask they actlike they dont understand english at all its overly frustrating because its the only dunkins close to me yet they act like they dont gaf when making your order and its never so crowded to where oh ok its so many people maybe they just got my order wrong nope its never anyone in there and they still dont make your stuff right its like their just in... read more
