I'm changing my review because I go through the drive thru like always and recently the worker handed what I thought was a credit card or debit payment terminal out the window which I found odd because I had just handed her the cash but oh no Hell no it was asking you to leave a tip. I've been to dozens of Dunkin locations all over Marion and surrounding counties and they ALL know how to make a latte correctly. This location serves milk with a pinch of espresso so it barely changes the color of the milk. They blame their machines but in reality I think management is screwing the customer to pad food cost. This has been brought up several times with no results. We have to go out of our way to get proper service and product. The management and staff at this location is a liability to the brand.
