I purchased 12 dozen donuts to take to work for my co workers. The donuts were stale and hard so of course I bring the donuts back and request a refund. The guy literally tried to gaslight me into keeping the donuts saying "They're not hard, they're not hard" like I was legit going back and forward with this man about MY DISSATISFACTION with the donuts that I PURCHASED WITH MY MONEY. Gentlemen never acknowledged me. Was there 10 minutes. Not a Hi! Or one moment. Worst establishment i ha e been to. Dunkin you should be ashamed.
I just went through the drive-thru to get a coffee, I redeemed my points and the worker scans my phone for my coffee. She proceeds to ask what Dunkin I usually go to, Then tells me to go redeem my points at that Dunkin because that’s where I spend my money and she’s giving me a free coffee even though I don’t spend money at her location. She then hands me my coffee and tells me to come back when I am paying with cash. Terrific customer service plus the employees are very nice and helpful, ordered a dozen strawberry frosting donuts and a lemonade drink and it was terrific.
