I went to this location at 6:30 am on Sunday morning and the lobby door was locked. The hours are clearly posted on the door. The woman who was working at the counter stared at me rudely while I was trying to open the door.
When drive thru
Ownership needs to come in this place and see why their associates look so depressed. Are they over worked and understaffed but the ladies in her today don't look to be enjoying their job.
I'm a little perplexed why they keep saying it's a fifteen minute wait for food. However when you get to the window food is somehow magically ready. This has happened 3x. I wasn't concerned at first now I'm wondering what is going on at this location. P.S. I have noticed that the coffee taste different than it did a few yrs ago. I had Dunkin in a while.
