I love dunkin but I feel as though the cville dunkin has gone downhill, the past few times I've been the coffee always taste super watered down or like they forgot the actual coffee.
Walked in, no one at the counter, waited a bit, no barista. Then eard an employee yell they just received paper checks. And then another screamed "they better not bounce, I want my money!" Turned around and left. Went to 7Brew and they did a great job.
I've been to this location twice since coming to town and both times I was disappointed with the quality of the drinks. Both times I ordered a Matcha version which was nothing but a cup of milk! No taste beyond the milk, hardly any coloring, as if no matcha was added. No other Dunkin' franchise I've ever visited and ordered the same drinks were ever this bad.
