Very sad have been going to this dunkin since it opened. Because it is convenient in location to my work. Multiple orders every week. The past two months , the quality of the coffee has tremendously gone down with a burnt taste. No matter if it is the cold brew or iced coffee.
My "hot" coffee was about 99°. Won't be back.
