Without a doubt the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts in four states because I travel for my job. This one is perpetually understaffed. The staff is for the most part not very friendly. I walked in the lobby today, I was the only one there and it took me 10 minutes to get a cup of black coffee and a donut.
This is probably the worst dunkin I’ve been to, you can be waiting in the drive thru forever at this one others like wind gap have no line.
The worst experience I’ve ever delt with. Made my drink wrong so I go inside to get it worked out you know it happens, two girls working I stood there for 25 minutes!!!! Completely looking at me just ignoring me. The head firl telling the other girl oh you made that wrong but it’s fine we will give it to them anyways for a drive thru order.So I just put my drink on the counter and walk out. Absolutely ridiculous
literally went here. All the workers are spazzes. My drink had pieces of wax/plastic in it. I had to have gotten at least three pieces if wax and after that, it had me sifting through my drink to make sure I wasn’t drinking any more of it. genuinely TERRIBLE
honestly everytime i come the service is always good and my iced coffee is always perfect, and that’s not common at many dunkin’s lately
