great iced chai tea lattes
The gentleman that helped me and my buddy was awesome. He fixed a mistake that was very much on my end and was super friendly.
Ordered with no one in line behind me and could hear them talking crap through the microphone, ordered a 1 scoop sugar cone and 2 creature creations, got 3 small cups for over $15 had to go back in for the cone and still gave me the wrong cone, hairs on the ice cream. They are out of almost everything on the menu everytime I take my kids for ice cream, why’s it on the menu if they don’t carry it and it’s single scoop ice cream people why do I have to go back inside every time when there’s barely any other customers there.
Typical Dunkin location. Nothing too crazy going on. But they need to do a better job of keeping the dining area clean. There’s often napkins/flyers/wrappers laying around, and the counter is disheveled. A couple times when I’ve gone inside, there’s young girls working there that are playing around instead of helping customers or cleaning. It’s fine when no one is around, but when customers show up, at least pretend to be doing your job.
The beverage we ordered was excellent. Service wasn't the best when sitting outside the lobby. The windows need a severe cleaning. Lots of hand and fingerprints on the doors and windows
