Best place to get donuts and cold coffee. Next time going try there ice cream cake.
I use mobile ordering for quicker pickup but everyone I came here my order is not ready and they ignore me at the mobile order pick up area. They don’t start your mobile order until you get to the store. Maybe deactivate mobile ordering???!? I would like my tip back. There’s 3 people working and still have a line. The store is dirty. One of the employees wiped the excess of whipped cream off with his fingers. Out of dounets by 4 pm and not many choices, don't wast your time
The place looked good, the service was terrible, the guy working didn’t smile. When I asked if they had the coffee swirl donut he said they were out. Which clearly was the case since half the display was empty. Which is odd at 2pm in the afternoon… I’m from out of state! Specifically traveled to THIS location to get my donut. The guy didn’t seem to care. Only person in the front. Do better Dunkin. Oh and on the Drive thru window it stated that “Bimidji runs on Dunkin” how can this be true if you don’t have donuts!!!!!!!!
