Out of dounets by 4 pm and not many choices, don't wast your time
The place looked good, the service was terrible, the guy working didn’t smile. When I asked if they had the coffee swirl donut he said they were out. Which clearly was the case since half the display was empty. Which is odd at 2pm in the afternoon… I’m from out of state! Specifically traveled to THIS location to get my donut. The guy didn’t seem to care. Only person in the front. Do better Dunkin. Oh and on the Drive thru window it stated that “Bimidji runs on Dunkin” how can this be true if you don’t have donuts!!!!!!!! I visited this location today 04/26 in the evening and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a glazed donut, but the donut I received did not appear glazed at all. When I politely asked about it, the employee responded with a rude attitude instead of helping or offering a solution. I understand mistakes happen, but poor customer service is not okay. I hope management works on better customer service at this location.
The fun DOES NOT start here! Ever since Dunkin' Donuts opened in Bemidji, MN, I haven't been satisfied once. Why? Because they never have donuts except in the morning. The staff never greet me. On the rare occasion that I was able to get 1 donut, it was dried out. What's the point?! The name of your store is Dunkin' DONUTS, but with no donuts or a dried one.
