I am one that I've worked at fast food, and get being busy. But there has been several times now I have ordered about 15 minutes ahead and STILL wait when I walk inside because my order is behind the counter. I try to get the crews attention but most of them are too busy chatting amongst each other and gossiping. I get glances but nothing other than that. Every morning I stop by it is like this. They need to go back to the basics. The last three times I have been here. The drinks have been awful and the staff is so rude.

The whole staff ain’t nothing but kids and not a single one are trained nor know what’s going on. Do better and train your dang employees

Ordered our food and had a whole tray of the donuts we ordered people behind us got their food before us and another worker off the clock that ordered after us. Having conversation behind counter that shouldn't be said while on the clock coming from a girl that used to work in food industry that's a no no.
