The coffee was delicious but they were very slow on service. The staff was good just not enough working. 15 mins to get coffee
Customer service here is terrible! Every time I come inside of this place it’s new employees, and the ones that’s been there since opening day, attitudes are horrible! Everyone seems miserable and unhappy. And please don’t do a kiosk order because you’ll be waiting forever despite coming in first!

I read some of the reviews and after trying this Dunkin Donuts out for myself, I can assure you the customer service is horrible. The morning manager was nice but the other female employee was very rude. I simple asked if they had grape jelly she checked and said they do not have any grape jelly. When I asked if they had strawberry jelly, the employee very rudely said " I just told you we don't got no jelly". Gladly her manager stepped over before I responded as I don't take kindly to being yelled at. This location needs bet... read more
One of the earliest things open downtown. Always go here before work when I get in the area a little early. I hate the set up here. Just feels a little cramped for some reason. The morning manager be doin her thing. The other girl who was working seemed useless. The manager was doing everything. Could've been even better if the other chick was interested in, idk, contributing to the work flow? Bathrooms have been consistently kinda dirty.
