I went to Dunkin tonight at 9:50 PM. I was in the drive-through. I get the same thing every day large strawberry refresher with water. There was a blonde lady there. I pulled up to the window and she said there’s no need to get an attitude and need to be rude, and she started screaming at me and to the point where I was almost crying. I've never had an issue at this location. Sure, they can be understaffed at times but that isn't their fault. Highly recommend.
