The 2 windows for the mobile orders and people ordering directly in the drive thru is meant to be convenient, but it’s really not. You end up getting stuck if there’s a lot of people and people behind you end up getting their order before you due to the super awkward 2 window situation. I don’t go to this Dunkin often and they’ve made my drinks good at least every time I go to it, it’s just the drive thru situation that makes no sense.
managers are so rude. Food sits on counter for 15 minutes while you stand there waiting.
Got a medium iced original coffee with three pumpkin swirl in it at 11:46 AM this morning. I can’t even describe this coffee. It is absolutely undrinkable, Nobody wants a cold bagel either. How can something be cold but hard as a rock at the same time? I’m not naïve to the fact that going out can be hit or miss sometimes but when you’re spending your last $10 on a meal, you kind of want it to be good.
Even though Oakland Ave Dunkin’ also isn’t the greatest at times, this one is ten times worse. They are always short staffed at the busiest times, with only one or two employees running the restaurant. Poor customer service. They don’t acknowledge their customers when they come to the front counter. I went in today and I ordered my food. The coffee was awful, and the manager on duty was rude.
