The young lady at the drive through made my day! Super friendly, caring about her job, and customers! Best waiter/server I’ve seen in a long time!
They can’t seem to make anything right
There seems to never be anyone working and when there is they either make the drinks wrong or make you wait 20+ mins for one drink. I mean you can’t expect much from a chain but by far the worst dunkin location
Second time 3$ cup of regular coffee was lukewarm. Apparent leftover from the previous day. Today it had a bonus of tasting soapy.
28+ minutes in the drive thru. There's no reason for this. Needs more staffing or hustle. Worst ever.
