This is a good DD branch. Nothing especially good or bad. Good place to get coffee and donuts.
I went to a Dunkin’ Donuts in Allen, TX yesterday for the first time, and it was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed it so much that I decided to go again this morning to the Carrollton, TX location near my home. Unfortunately, this visit was completely disappointing from start to finish. Very disappointing experience. I ordered matcha latte and when I got there they told me my order got cancelled because they ran out of matcha powder. It’s ok. But they never refunded me. I tried to reach out at their app, 3 times, been told an agent will reach out to me but no response at all. I will not order again.
I only gave one star because I had to. I stopped there this morning because I always go to Shipley's....wanted to change it up a bit ya know? Besides I've always loved DD. There are 6 employees behind the counter and not one asked me what I wanted or even acknowledged my presence. I even asked if anybody was going to take my order and still...NOTHING!
