Awesome staff, they made drink. I didn’t like the taste they remade according to my choices. I really appreciate that.
Absolutely ridiculous experience today at this Dunkin. Ordered 3 donuts, 10 munchkins, and 2 egg & cheese wraps through the drive-thru. Barely left the parking lot before my kids noticed there were only 2 munchkins in the bag instead of 10. I immediately made a U-turn and came back within minutes. Instead of just correcting the mistake normally, the employee kept insisting he packed all 10. The medium matcha latte was gone after about five sips. At first I thought it was just me, but I usually don’t drink that fast. After reading others reviews mentioning excessive bubbles and foam in the matcha latte, it started to make sense. Also, the odor around the drive-thru pickup window was really unpleasant and made the experience even worse. It was strong enough to be distracting and honestly pretty unappetizing while picking up drinks and food. The employee was nice and polite though.
I order a large with cold foam, once the foam lightened up i realized the cup was only half filled.
Came through the drive thru today around 2pm Chuck was amazing, you just don’t find customer service like that!
