Helpful staff and the donuts were great
Coffee is made very inconsistently and tastes terrible some mornings. Yesterday I stopped by in the afternoon and got a Carmel iced coffee with creamer, an egg and cheese croissant , as well as a glazed donut. The young lady never put the donut in the bag. This morning is how the coffee looks with a whole bunch of Carmel syrup
Awesome staff, they made drink. I didn’t like the taste they remade according to my choices. I really appreciate that.
Absolutely ridiculous experience today at this Dunkin. Ordered 3 donuts, 10 munchkins, and 2 egg & cheese wraps through the drive-thru. Barely left the parking lot before my kids noticed there were only 2 munchkins in the bag instead of 10. I immediately made a U-turn and came back within minutes. Instead of just correcting the mistake normally, the employee kept insisting he packed all 10.
