Have been going to this location everyday for the past 6 months. One day around two weeks ago all the employees stopped smiling. If you go inside you get ignored. They cannot get an order correct. They are unable to redeem rewards from their app. Unfortunately, I won't be back ro this location as the quality and service have fallen off a cliff.
Went in the middle of the day for coffee. Place was pretty much empty, with ample staffing, so that's a 5/5 in my book. Dunkalatte was delicious.
Worst customer service in the history of customer service. I would never come here again. I walked into the store for a delivery pick up. Not 1 person said hi or acknowledge me. Someone came in the store 5 minutes after me and was acknowledge before me. I never was greeted or asked what i was there for. I was about to cancel the order after waiting 10 minutes untill someone finally asked if im here to pick up. Whenever i have stopped here for coffee.. i felt so welcomed.. great staff - morning or evening.. they will always make me feel special and treat me so well.. and great strong coffee .. i love going here..
