I always come here in the morning. Awesome crew. Everytime I come in the afternoon the coffee taste bad and the employees have been rude. This afternoon in perticular short man with braids and glasses was super rude for no reason. I’ve seen him before on nightshift he is always less than lovely. He slammed the drive thru window close as hard as he could. I’m afraid to drink the coffee he handed me. Please have a manager on duty at night this location needs it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered through the app, and when I went to pick up my order, my iced coffee had no cream even though I had ordered 4 creams. I asked an employee about it, and she told me it already had cream and that they could add more if I wanted. I was confused because it clearly did not look like it had cream, so I just asked them to add it. After leaving the store, I started eating my wrap and the hash browns were ice cold. I’ve never been a big fan of Dunkin but I do love their bagels. The bagels are amazing. The coffee and drinks I’ve had are ehhh. My biggest complaint about this particular store location is about the employees though. They are just the friendliest people ever UNTIL it comes time to pay. If you don’t tip, their entire facial expression and demeanor change. Every single time. I’ve asked a coworker also and she says they do the same thing to her.
