I can’t express how well-run this Dunkin' is. Every single employee is incredibly nice, which really enhances the experience. The staff is friendly, works efficiently, and is always happy, which is refreshing to see. Ethan, who works there, is the most down-to-earth guy; he is the best! He consistently makes sure you feel welcomed, and you can tell he appreciates your visit. He makes each visit memorable every time.
Grabbed some coffee for my wife and me. I'm a regular, and the line is almost always short. Ethan, who works the drive-thru, is a superstar. He's got what it takes and has amazing customer service skills and is a shoo-in for a promotion. Pro tip: Use the Dunkin' app to order ahead and skip the line. It's the best way to beat the rush. This location is great. The managers and crew are wonderful people. The refreshers are the best.
Not blaming the employees here as I'm sure it's a corporate thing, but VERY tired of this nonsense. You know full and well what we mean when we ask 4 light ice, we want it filled the rest of the way with milk, charge me extra or something if you have to. Stop telling your employees to play in our faces, handing us a half empty drink for 6-7 dollars. Utter tomfoolery.
