Updated 2026 Heard there was new management and employees but was left once again in the drive thru of an empty store staff had no idea I was there. Very poor customer service and didn't receive my order in the drive thru.
I love coming to this Dunkin on an almost daily basis. The staff are hard workers, very friendly and customer service-oriented and have great energy! Thank you so much Russell, Josh, Mel, Wilma, Lily, Sydney and the entire team.
Stuffs pretty good. Go there a lot and stuff, but the coffee does seem kinda burnt a lot of times. Worth it though xx
absolutely horrible customer service!! everyone was acting like the customer was in the wrong for even showing up.
