The employee did their base job. Asking for a tip isn't rewarding good service—it's just wage subsidy passed to the customer.
Fourth time I have food missing from my order... 3rd time being skimmed an order of hash browns specifically... maybe the underpaid teens working there are hungry or they are just overworked and this keeps being overlooked but best to check your order before leaving
Worst service ever, and I get coffee every single morning. I placed my order through the app, and when I got to the speaker, I repeated my order and requested that my coffee be extra, extra hot. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull up to Window 2 while I waited for my order. Less than three minutes later, a lady handed me my coffee, and about 30 seconds after that, a guy handed me my bagel. The coffee was cold.
