Every time I come here the service gets worse. There are some nice girls there who work hard but most of the employees there are so rude. When my drink came out it was not what I wanted and I told the employee what was wrong with it she took it back to the employee who made my drink and as I was standing at the counter the girl who made my drink made extremely nasty comments. Eh I would have rather got my coffee from a local, smaller chain.. next time.
The crew are quick about taking your order, however, the quality of the drinks are decreasing. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was not at all sweet, it was very watery. They also failed to fill the cup up all the way. I usually don't write reviews but this has happened a few times with my orders. I understand that it is not easy doing that job. Hopefully in future they improve.
