Don't know what the food was like. Walked in, no one was at the counter at all. Man loading up one of the machines pretended he didn't see me. Saw a poster near the register with the manager's message that it is unacceptable to ignore customers or make them wait. I waited five minutes in all, never was even greeted, walked out. So food gets a one because there was none. I thought "maybe they prioritize the drive thru" but other reviews suggest that isn't it either. alway polite! friendly welcoming service. a little slow to get to the register, because the drive thru, waits for no one. not a good look, to the customers who actually walk in.
