I ordered a caramel latte that had no caramel in it. When I returned, the employee remade it with extra caramel without asking. She should have made it as normally served, then asked whether I wanted more. When I explained that extra caramel makes it too sweet, she repeatedly told me she didn’t like the way I was speaking to her. I found that response antagonizing and unprofessional. I simply wanted my drink made correctly. I won’t be returning.
2nd review I am saddened the hours will be changing. I stop every single day before work and I will no longer be able to do with this change. Almost feels personal cause I'm here literally 5 mornings and 2-3 other times on my days off. Had never been here before. Got the $6 meal, Iced coffee tasted alittle off.. Said something to a worker after a few minutes.. I wasnt expecting a new drink but I was given one and it was so much better. Great customer service honestly. Will definitely return.
I LOVE MY ALIQUIPPA DUNKIN DONUTS!! The staff is AWESOME!! I order drinks from there, everyday. But, I NEED MY DRAGON FRUIT BACK for my drink. They discontinued it. I NEED IT BACK, PLEASE AND THANK YOU!! I would greatly appreciate it!!
I ordered a medium black coffee, three creams and six sugars. They didn’t even pit the sugar in it and this keep happening every time I go, then I didn’t even get half of my order this happened every time.
Second review: my first review is also included but the new GM here she has absolutely no customer service skills. Seems it takes every breath from her body to take your order. Then just says pull up. She is usually in the lobby talking about customers or her employees. This Dunkin can’t staff a Gm with customer service it’s absolutely horrid.
