Second review: my first review is also included but the new GM here she has absolutely no customer service skills. Seems it takes every breath from her body to take your order. Then just says pull up. She is usually in the lobby talking about customers or her employees. This Dunkin can’t staff a Gm with customer service it’s absolutely horrid. Wife and I come here once a week and every single time the worker running the drive-thru doesn't say a word to us, so we have to guess when she's done handing us our order. Every time we order donuts they come in a baggie which causes the icing to come off, and they frequently don't have the donuts you want. The drive-thru line occasionally takes 10 minutes to get through
3rd review - once again very rarely visit. All that I got was one single donut this morning. The donut was good but the customer service is horrid. Basic customer service skills i.e thank you have a good day anything not just throw my donut at me and call it a day 2nd review - Very rarely visit dunkin' donuts anymore. Today I remembered why. I was just charged 5+$ for a black, hot coffee with a shot of espresso and it came out cold. Come on. Episode 2. Asked for no meat on my sandwich and ended up eating bacon. I don't eat pork.
