This store needs more smiles.
Decent food & coffee, great location, super clean, and reliably some of the worst staff I’ve ever experienced. A sold-out item was simply not placed in our to-go order without any warning/label/note and despite us already having paid for it. Incorrect orders are more common than correct ones. I understand fast food work sucks & it’s hard to hire quality people, but holy hell this place is awful. It’s not all of them.
Early morning am, first thing and they don’t have a single old fashioned. Not everyone wants to pump sugar into their bodies atm.
