Out of things constantly. NEVER a napkin in the bag. I wanted to be discrete but in order to contact dunkin directly, you have to create an account. The staff have always been friendly but I doubt they were trained on putting a napkin in the bag. It is simple, I doubt the stores actually make donuts/muffins/etc IN the store anymore... have the item on the shelf, put it in a bag, with a napkin and smile. my sister ordered 2 donuts, 2 apple fritters, and 4 drinks on the mobile app. all the drinks and donuts were correct, but there were no apple fritters in the bag, the girl at the drive thru didn’t let us know that they were out, and didn’t give us any replacement. just the drinks and donuts, and didn’t even say anything she opened the window. we pulled back around after realizing and told her that we were missing our apple fritters and she just said “uh we’re out” everything else we asked for as a replacement they were also ... read more
