The person taking my order did not ask if I wanted my refresher with tea or lemonade and instead assumed it was tea. At first I didn’t care because I should’ve remembered to say what I wanted it with as well. However, when I asked him if he made it with tea he responded “yea, I don’t ask because it’s usually tea.” I understand forgetting, but just not asking at all is in my opinion bad service.
