Attempted to order at this location and ended up driving away with nothing. Customer service here is nonexistent. The girl over the speaker taking orders was EXTREMELY rude, confused, and unpleasant. I will never return to this location.
The cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude right off the bat. Staff either needs replaced or retrained because they obviously aren’t the right fit for a customer service job or haven’t been trained in regards to working with the public.
This Dunkin' is inside a Pilot. Service was so-so as only 2 workers to cover both counter and drive through. On the plus side, it was the same great Dunkin' menu.
Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes and nobody said anything
8:15 am and they still hadn’t starting making bagels for the day. The menus inside were not operating or even turned on. Had to go through the drive through. Seriously — Worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced.
