Sometimes you walk into a place expecting nothing more than a donut. Every once in a while, you leave reminded that genuine kindness still exists. Today was one of those days. Came to get mobile order, took a few minutes to get someone. When I asked where the mobile order was, he hadn’t even STARTED it yet! First, my drink was made incorrectly. I ordered a Caramel Craze, but instead received what tasted like plain, watered-down coffee. When I asked for the drink to be remade, the replacement drinks were filled so high that they overflowed and spilled, staining the interior of my car. This was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected. I wish I could give them “0” if there was an option. Incompetency at its finest!!!
One of my favorite indulgences when I'm travelling away from home is Dunkin. Great prices, decent product from food to coffee, and almost always great service. The bacon is pretty tasty, but I'm not a fan of any of the other food products I've tried. Stick with the Iced Coffee (4 & 4 on the cream and sugar) and the Bacon and you'll be fine.
