I had a very bad experience with customer service at this location. Wrong order made and then counter person A) not even communicate to acknowledge /rectify and b) made wrong assumption about my order. I felt nobody was willing to help. Also, no refund given. This will be communicated to the corporate office.
This location is the worst! Every time I come in, it’s the same thing. Never get a hello welcome in, someone will be right with you, nothing. People walking around and they look at you, but no smile or acknowledgment that you’ve been waiting. Whom ever is managing this facility, train your workers to be say hello and acknowledge customers.
I had a door dash delivery and received an order for a coffee that is completely different from what I ordered, I ordered a Large Iced Coffee 2 pumps almond, 2 shots espresso, oatmilk and received someone else's coffee instead, needless to say I'm annoyed and even more annoyed that y'all are not answering your phone .
Staff completely ignored me at the register. I stood there for 10 minutes before finally just ordering through the mobile app because they continued to ignore me at the register. Finally waiting and waiting and waiting and at this point now there are other 10 DoorDash drivers just standing there waiting for orders. Staff seemed indifferent and didn’t care. When I finally did get my food over 30 minutes after I was at this location the iced coffee was absolutely terrible and the food was already cold.
