Loooove this Dunkin. They are always quick and the food is always 🤤 me right.
The customer service from the woman working the drive-thru in the afternoons has been consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, her attitude comes across as unwelcoming and, at times, even hostile. Despite tipping regularly, I don’t receive the assistance I need, and during my last visit, her lack of help caused me to lose my points.
Extremely rude and inexperienced staff, extremely long wait times in the drive-thru section, and I am not at all encouraged to return to this store.
