Since the management change, the difference has been very noticeable—and unfortunately, not in a positive way. It’s disappointing to see how things have declined. It’s clear why many of the great staff members have left, and only a few ones remain. I truly hope improvements are made for both the staff and those they serve
Ive went to this dunkin my whole life never had issues with it. Recently within the last 3-4 weeks the workers have un reasonably slow. If its a busy day that is understandable but there is no reason why I should be waiting sit down restaurant times on a mobile order at dunkin. Specially when i see my order ready and the workers are giggling in the back room. Not once but its happened more in the last 3 weeks then ever in my time going to this Dunkin.
