The attention is terrible, the employees are not at the front, to help the customers, they do not wash their hands, the lobby is dirty, this should change, it is disgusting to come here

This was a very unpleasant experience. Several people who did not appear to have purchased anything were occupying nearly all of the seating and speaking loudly. One person was drinking alcohol discreetly, and another was constantly holding a cigarette. Given how small the space is, it is hard to believe that the staff were unaware of this behavior. Does anyone understand u here? The older woman in early a.m .gets it. With 4 people working and u have to wait to have order taken? They tried charging me 3.69 for a small coffee. please!!!! Glad I caught it. I am sincerely dissatisfied with this location. They should be embarrassed… young workers should be fast and precise and accurate. Where do they come from? Get a move on here.
