Does anyone understand u here? The older woman in early a.m .gets it. With 4 people working and u have to wait to have order taken? They tried charging me 3.69 for a small coffee. please!!!! Hands down the absolute worst iced chai latte I’ve ever had the unfortunate displeasure of spending my money on and consuming. A drink has to be truly unpleasant for me to not finish it and I couldn’t even get halfway through before I tossed it out. I will be sticking to Honeydew from now on.
Some say coffee is coffee no matter where you are, but this is false. I love Dunkin so I rated this store by comparing the food, service, atmosphere, price, cleanliness, to the top 5 I've been to. Starting with the coffee it always has coffee grounds in my drink it's really just a matter of if it'll be more or less than the previous time. Also flavored coffee hot or ice always have trouble with getting the taste correct, and here I thought they had a system in place so that shouldn't happen.
